We took the time to make an appointment for 530pm, and did not see anyone until 620pm. My time is just as important as theirs, why offer to take appointments, if they are not going to be kept? Then the sales person could not just answer my simple questions, he had to include his "sales pitch" in every comment he made. We left at 730pm, and were not yet done with what we needed to do. My husband has to go back today. The prices we were quoted all grew several times during our transaction. A fee for this, a fee for that, oh yeah... tax. And the price seems to change depending on the weather.
