Bought 4 new tires, had vibration issues. Spent $100 elsewhere to verify the problem was the tires, after being told the problem was my vehicle. Went thru total of 9 tires to get 4 good ones. Still have minor vibration issues. Extremely rude management treatment. Will never go back.

Called about a particular set of tires I wanted, the manager quoted me a price over the phone. I said ok go ahead and order them. When I brought my car down the next day, the manager told me he couldn't sell the tires for the price he had quoted me. He didn't bother to tell me this before he ordered them and before i went through the trouble of taking off work. It was about 8$ per tire higher price than the quote over the phone he gave me. I wont ever go back no matter what price they claim to have.

Brought my car in for a windshield - gal at the desk Very pleasant.. that is where it stopped being a good experience. 1st windshield fix - lots of noise/wind coming in over the dash...and It took a LONG time to get done.. Told by the Mgr - " You just have to turn up the radio - all replacement glass like that....". Windshield wire heaters did not work - Mgr argued with me that I did not have heated windshield.. then told me - "do not know of any car that has heated windshield and a defrost system...". Then after convincing him windshield not working through photos (thank god it snowed"..) they ordered another replacement window.... car now there > 1 wk. They tore up the trim when they removed the 1st replaced window - had to get replacement trim - ? where I still do not know... This time no wind coming under the windshield and seems to be in place... Felt like I " had my head patted and told a bedtime story - and run off like a good little girl.and they will tell me what is wrong." Not a place for women - I got a sexist treatment and was treated rudely - but they are always happy to take your money - just bear no responsibility/liability for their work over 30 days.

very poor, just bought new tires and made19 miles b-4 a blow-out . Best offer from seller was "come BUY another tire and hope for a prorate from manufacturer". Will prefer a bit higher cost for better service. at least you get your money back from wal-mart for bad product. Will never spend money here again.
