To Exspensive to go to one place in town. 15.00 just to go from one side of town to the other is ridiculous.

If zero stars was an option that's exactly what I'd rate them. Call at 1:00 get told to call back at 5:00. Call at 5:00 get told they'll call me back shortly. 45 minutes and then an hour no call back. An hour and 15 minutes later I finally get a call back saying they're on their way. At this point I've already started walking. Two miles into my 4.5 mile trek I finally get a phone call -_- I managed to walk to work in less time than it took for them to even get back to me. Needless to say I will never attempt to use this company again.

Very nice people and great service. Dispatch and driver very courteous and polite. Will use them again.

Very clean and professional. My limo driver that I booked for my wedding to ensure that all of my guests got home safely did not show up so I called Capitol City Taxi. They brought out a minivan and were more then happy to work for a set time for a flat rate. Dave was extremely friendly and I left my wedding knowing that my guests were in good hands.

Great job guys keep up the good work.

I can't speak for all the drivers but the one I rode with had a gun and was very rude. I felt very unsafe.

This place is a joke. I called them a day a head of time to book a cad and they told me they could not guaranty pick-up because the drivers could possibly be busy. I asked if the company could not make sure at lease one driver was not busy to pick up a scheduled pick-up. The lady on the phone was very rude,raising her voice and started speaking to me in an out of line tone then she hung-up on me. Places like this should not be in business.

Once again they quote 15- 30 min. about an hour+ over now the other company still beat them and they were 30min late. Just AWFUL!

Terrible service. Never on time and drivers are unprofessional. Majority of the time I have had to wait 1 or 2 hours for a 5 minute drive! That is ridiculous. DO NOT use this cab service
