Very upsetting time with this bank today. Sent a customer with a referral check to this bank today and we forgot to put a date on it. Customer came back two times before I called down and they said they wouldn't cash it because adding a date was altering the check. We have been an account holder in good standing for many years. Maybe not too musch longer.
