I rarely write reviews, but I just had to this time! This diet plan (although I hate to call it that) has changed my life. I have been very overweight for a long time, and NOTHING has worked for me. I reluctantly tried this plan because after giving up all hope, I saw a glimmer of hope in this plan because it was so different than anything else I have tried. Dr. Tague actually goes through your entire family history, as well as a detailed perspective on what is going on with your own body, and formulates a plan especially for you, usually including meal replacements, and supplements. I am losing pounds every single week (averaging about 3.6lbs per week), am not hungry, and all my cravings for "bad" food have gone away. I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tague's Center for Nutrition, and his staff of nurses and front desk staff. The friendliest, nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing......truly. (Dr. obviously chooses his staff very carefully! Try it!

This is the best diet plan I have ever found. Not only is it supervised by a doctor, he has an exceptional staff. Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff is probably the nicest staff I've ever met at a doctor's office. Give this weight loss plan a try and see for yourself!
