Very rude window staff. Overpriced. Tea was stale tasting & had scent to it. Window girl was rude & gave me a bad facial expression when asked to provide another drink. Burger way smaller than bun. Bun was very hard. All food was cold. Bun had been grilled, but very hard & not warm at all. Too much sauces on the burger dripping all the sauces all over, not juice from the burger, it was sauces from the bun & burger, katsup & mustard. I used to like Hardee's, the grilling of the meat was wxcellent, before. I was very disappointed that the burger itself was not freshly made. All they did was remove the onions on a previously made burger.
