Best Customer Service. I am from out of town and ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral in Topeka. The flowers never arrived because of a mix up at the funeral home. The funeral home would not make good on the mix up, but Heaven Scent refunded my money in full. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My daughter ordered flowers for her sons casket from there, they were the WORST flower arrangement ever. If you are going to screw up DO NOT DO IT FOR A FUNERAL!!!!!!
