Beware of service department, long story short, I took a new motor from machine shop to them to have them install and time new injectors. $1200. It never ran right but when I took it back, they said it was normal. It ran for 180hrs before burning a hole in piston. I then took it back to them to see if they thought it might have been something else or possibly stand behind their work. That didn't work out in my favor. Instead, They charged me $500 to "look"  at my skid steer and write me an estimate to replace motor. No tests, no oil/coolant samples, didn't even hafta remove side shields. They listened to it and pulled dipstick to check oil. I asked "why did you charge me 1.5 hrs to write an estimate when i could have called in and you would have given me the same estimate over the phone for free?" Service managers response "We give people estimates over the phone because we're trying to get their business into the shop" What!?!? Did I hear that right?? So i guess if you ever want your machine back,  they can charge you whatever they want. I've never bought anything from them besides general maintenance items in the past so their sales may be ok. Service department may be clean but I'd take a dirty shop with honest people any day!
