The gym itself is falling apart with no sign of anything being fixed, there is ZERO sanitation nothing to clean machines and restroom wreaks of urine, owner is there often but would rather sit at the computer than clean, half the equipment is rundown at best. Also they offer free training sessions but go ahead and ask where the "trainer" is certified from, there is no certified trainer on staff. The owner himself should have been enough to scare me away but I was foolish and looked passed him at first. He is the epitome of rude and immature. Do not waste your time and money.

From FREE personal goal training, to 24 hour access, I.O. is a place for anyone from Mr. Olympia to someone who has never set foot inside a fitness facility. "Hardcore" or not, Iron Outcasts promotes self motivation and mental positivity. A great place at a great price.

I have been to Iron Out Cast gym a few times when I am in Topeka. It is a great gym and one I highly recommend. Regardless of where you are at in your training, it is a very friendly gym where I feel the environment is conductive to me progressing with my goals. A nice gem of a gym to find in Topeka and the surrounding areas.

This place is a joke. Hardcore does not equal run-down. The equimpment and facility is trashy at best. Anyone trying to get big can do it much easier at another gym with better equipment. The people here are no more hardcore than anywhere else. "Hardcore" at this gym means you can slam weights. What that means to you as a customer is you have broken weights that don't get fixed or maintained. For the price you can get a MUCH better membership at a REAL gym.



Dont waste your time or money here. Take a visit and you'll see.
