Kansas Association for Justice is a statewide, nonprofit organization of consumer lawyers dedicated to protecting the civil justice system and the rights of Kansans. For more than 50 years, Kansas Association for Justice ( KsAJ ) has been guided by the vision of its founding members: To improve the civil justice system and raise the standards of advocacy and trial practice through education. Today, KsAJ is a leader in educating lawyers, lawmakers and Kansas citizens about the importance of a strong and balanced system of law that promotes safety, protects the legal rights of the injured, and preserves the right to trial by jury.
