The ENTIRE staff are the most rude retail workers in this town!.....whomever the floor manager that stands at a desk by the power tools is, is a complete waste of oxygen....he looked like Danny McBride and Louis CK had a child that died after giving birth to a love child with all of the Trailer Park Boys....I have no idea how that store remains profitable because not only is it the most overpriced store from here to Mars, the customer service is atrocious....I mean it’s one thing to not be helpful, but another thing to be rude and condescending....

Poor service in lumber yard area. They literally took two hours just to load a pallet and a half of fence panels. The staff loaded half a pallet to many and on the way through their security we were accused of theft Due to their own stupidity. They took so long my mom had a diabetic attack. When we reported how poorly we were treated all the lumber yard staff done was laugh about it. They also tore a role of carpet we got through them. Don't recommend this location to anyone.
