We've needed the services of Pat the Plumber two or three times. They provided excellent service, were patient and willing to explain what they were doing, what it would cost, and what they would recommend to prevent future problems. Their techs were very professional and prices were reasonable.

Very professional, took time to explain what they were going to do (without charging for that time) and did it in a timely fashion and left everything as clean as it was - and fixed the problem!
