Had two blowouts on tires after 20,000 miles within a thousand miles of each other, even though they had been rotated by Perfomance on their schedule, and kept with proper air pressure and were rated at 40,00 miles. When we had new tire put on after the second blow out, we went to a different tire store, we were told the other two were also about to blow from manufacturing defects. and

The person working behind the desk didnt even give me so much as a kiss my a$$ when I walked through the door to get a tire mounted in my wifes car. We were sitting in the lobby a full twenty minutes before anyone said a word to us. I really dont know why they had such an attitude when we walked through the door but I do have a few theorys and im sure all three if them will hold up. There was only one customer ahead of us and he was the only person they paid any mind to. Big ol Tires is the place to go if you want really good customer service. Big ol tires greeted us as soon as my foot hit thier business floor. The counter guy there even offered us a cup of coffee. They mounted our tire and even put it on the car for us in less than 15 minutes and they had a lot of customers in there that day. If you are looking for any kind of service at Performance tire dont waste your time. And for that I award you no stars and may god have mercy on your soul.
