I just purchased a puppy from petland. They told me I couldn't pick him up for two days because he was on medication for soft stool (diarrhea). I picked him up and have now had him for two weeks and he hasn't had hard stool yet. Petland is nothing but con artists. Overpriced puppies. Claim you get all this stuff with your puppy, that they then charge you for anyway. I would never again purchase a puppy there again. I plan on going to get a lawyer because they sold me a puppy for $3,047.27 and he isn't even healthy. So please do not ever buy a puppy from them.

I went to buy a puppy, ran my debit card through and it was approved. I then waited about 45 minutes, they had to get the puppy ready, so they say. Finally, one of the workers came up to me told me that I had to go get the cash amount because I could only pay in cash, not with my card (she already swiped), "her mistake" for not knowing since she is a new employee.. I went to my ATM and they had already taken my money.. I went back and they insisted that they didn't take it.. They tried to get me to pay AGAIN. I already payed over $900 with my card and they wanted $900 cash. Still don't have my money or my puppy I paid for.
