We had a major plumbing issue(sewage all over floor and in shower) after hours. Tried to call our home warranty people and they (as always) gave us the run around. Called local plumbers but no one called back. Called Roto Rooter and had fast and friendly service from the start. Our plumber Tim H in Topeka, has been with RotoRooter for 6 years. HE WAS AWESOME! Came in and did amazing and quick work. Had the best attitude and even joked with us about the situation. He turned a really bad evening into a much better one for us. Though it was much more expensive to go this route without using the home warranty, Tim made it worth the expense. His confidence, knowledge and great attitude was top notch! I would recommend RotoRooter to everyone but I think most of the credit on this one goes to Tim H. He deserves to be recognized in some kind of way by the company. Thank you Tim and Roto Rooter!

My husband and I called Roto-Rooter to clear the "main line" as recommend by a home inspection company (prior to selling our home). When we called they were helpful and informed us that they had 7 technicians working and they would be able to come out that day. Kevin was our technician and he explained our opinions and was able to complete the work immediately. We were very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work. The plumber came out to see what was wrong. It was a sewer pipe broken where the tub drain enters it so he couldn't even sleeve it till morning. First thing in the morning he came out will all the parts he needed, and fixed it right away. He did a great job, fast and was very courteous. He made sure we understood what had happened and what he had done. We sure appreciate his understanding to our problems with it.Thank you Roto-Rooter!

We tried to hold off on calling a plumber but once we knew our toddler flushed a toy down the toilet it was time to call. We called and that same day they came to our house. Called local office on Wednesday, technician came out Thursday, issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and helpful service, surprisingly affordable, also.

We had an emergency situation on Christmas Eve day. A sewer drain was backed up in the basement. Since it was Christmas Eve our normal drain man was already closed down for the holiday. Over all in the end we were pleased with the men who came out. We were not so please with the price though. What we would normally pay $100 for cost us $370. The line is still not cleared and will need to be jetted next week. We were pleased with promptness and being very nice.

They did a great job of running the camera and showing me roots.

Our family strongly recommends Roto-Rooter. My sewer backed up and our drain was plugged. If your like anyone else-you want it taken care of immediately. Tim was here within an hour, flushed and cleaned our drain, and even diagnosed the problem with a cool camera he placed in the drain pipe. Our problem was fixed in no time! I called Roto-Rooter on 4-15-2010 because I had a water in my basement and had a serious problem. They sent Tim out and he was a true-professional. He cleared the main drain, and cleared other drains while he was here. I hope I don't have to call a plumber, but if I do I know who I'm calling

Roto Rooter Plumbers on 4/10/10 I called Roto-Rooter over the weekend because I had a toilet in my house that wouldn't work. An hour after I called, they were here and solved the problem within 10 minutes! I was worried because it was the weekend and the problem was in the only bathroom in my apartment, but they were able to show up quickly and get the job done. The serviceman was polite and their prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
