I have been a resident since the beginning of 2015. They jumped my rent the last minute. They told me I had a choice between two apartments, both being one bedroom. I selected the one where I would have at least a view. Well guess what, I got the one I didn't even view! They screwed me out of my choice. You can't have a puppy unless they're a select breed and of certain age. We opted out of getting our puppy German shepherd. They are a banned breed as well as many others. But I constantly see puppy and grown PIT BULLS. They do not enforce the rules on anyone unless you are of a colored race. They are racist. Very minimal blacks and Hispanics. They take forever to see mantainence problems. I waited two months with a leaking washer. Lights above the entrance doors are constantly out. Paper thin walls. No padding under the carpet just straight concrete. Uneven flooring too. Leave a ball on the floor and watch it roll towards your window. Foundation is shifting causing cracks in the walls.nyes cracks. I have an entire crack from front door to kitchen. DONOT MOVE HERE. they double charge on gas and electric. They don't read your meters they just guess the highest Number they want to charge you. Did you know you pay back utilities too?they hold your bill for two months and then bill you. So when I move out in December I know they're going to try to charge me in February (when I'm definitely running outta here) for utilities. It's not worth the hassle. Most importantly, the first night I moved in thy gave me the wrong keys. Called maintanence to notify I was locked out. I didn't get to move in. Stayed at holiday inn. Denise finally let me in the next day. Beware people. It is not worth it.
