Allison C. I think you must have gone to a different laundry. I personally know the owner, as well as use his laundries all throughout Topeka. He is a humble, personable, and understanding man who thrives off of pleasing his customers. Being that The Laundry Basket has been owned by this same owner for 21 years, he must be doing something right and clearly knows what he is doing.

Not to mention being ranked #2 in this town and his other laundries being #1 and the newly opened laundry at #5. The owner is not the issue and neither is gender, come on now.

Usually people who go in to start a busines are init for the possible revenue. Not to get their rocks off by talking down to female! Do not go there ! IN HIS WORDS. .
