I'm not just complaining about this company, I'm complaining about all public transportation in this town. This is the state capitol and the transportation here might as well not exist. You take the metro and you have to leave an hour and a half early just to get to your job on time. After 5:30, you have to call a cab because the sorry bus system here shuts down before the sun sets. Both cab companies are a joke. You call and wait, sometimes hours, for a ride then many of the drivers act like they just did you a favor by picking you up after making you wait for an hour or more. If one can't figure out how to run a business, then shut it down and make room for someone who can.
