WOW! We were new to the Coffee world when we decided to offer Espresso at our new retail store. Frank was able to walk us through every detail from start to finish including follow up visits to make sure we were comfortable after our first couple days open. From the selection of equipment to water filters to install and training- start to finish- Frank and his team were there to answer every question. If you are a pro or new to the Espresso world like us, we highly recommend Espresso Machines USA. Although thus far we have had no issues with any of the equipment, we are confidant that when we need assistance, Frank will be available to troubleshoot, visit or service. Highly Recommend.

This company is AMAZING! I absolutely adore my Oscar Pour Nuova Simonelli espresso machine and grinder. As a savvy shopper, I did my research on the cost and found the best price to be at Espresso Machines USA, there were no hidden costs. Frank helped me pick the right machine with the equipment for me (which saved me money) he was so sincere and caring. He taught me how to calibrate both the machine and grinder to suite mine and my husbands palates. The warranty plan and customer service in the best in the business. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! It is rare now a days to find people who care about their products as much as Espresso Machines USA. They even gave me a free bag of coffee beans to practice with. The taste of the coffee from my machine is incredible, nothing short of perfection!
