We have been using this firm for 24 years and have always been given the best guidance and expertise on every aspect of our filings. We've had a small business for 20 years and everything is done timely, accurately and with great care. Bob and his staff are always up on the latest tax laws and we would feel very comfortable recommending their work to anyone needing excellent service at reasonable cost.

Highly recommend. Have been using them for 10 years for my small business and personal filings. Prompt service, clear communication, and extensive knowledge of the tax codes and systems.

My experience in close to 10 years with this firm is the complete opposite from the reviewer below. My returns have always been prepared with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. The staff always seems up to date on the latest tax law. Any time I need to reach the person preparing my taxes, if I'm not put thru right away, I get my calls returned promptly. The person answering the phone does seem to "just" answer phones, thus making sure a harried tax preparer doesn't have to answer phones, greet clients, make coffee and do many other things in addition to focusing on my taxes!

I was very unhappy with the "service" I received. My work remained in their office for an extended amount of time. It was very difficult getting ahold of anyone. There is a person who answers the phone but that's all she does. The "professional's" work from home or live in Florida. Phone calls were either not returned or not returned timely. When I finally received my tax returns, just before the deadline (even though the information had been in their office for two months) there were obvious mistakes - so obvious I noticed them. I do not recommend this firm to anyone.
