Never again.

I know, it's fast food, but this is ridiculous! This is by far, the worst Arby's I've ever been in. It's not just dirty, it's old dirt, grime that's been there a while. The decor is obviously from the late 1980's and there were several broken tiles and damaged fixtures that were half-patched at best. The help appeared the be standard fast food help-pimply-faced kids or octegenerians...The few people working there that actually acknowledged our existence were uniformly surly and acted as if we were robbing them of valuable texting time. When our food finally did arrive, It took just shy of 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 curly fries, the grease literally slopped out of the wrapper. Now upset, I asked to see the manager. The same pimply faced kid that slapped the garbage on the counter leared a grin at us and said, "You're looking at her!" And without skipping a beat, she giggled and said, "No refunds!" Seeing a stone wall, we just left. I now tell anyone who'll listen, what a crap-hole this place is.
