was only using this pharmacy for about a year until the Pharmacist Roger Lewis belittled my wife over her co-pay for test strips that wasn't covered by her insurance. He tried to give her something not covered. In which he flat out lied about talking to her insurance company about her covered medical equipment. Her insurance covered another device 100% free of charge, and he disregarded her original prescription in order to pass off another brand that was not covered. When she questioned it, He told her that she should be thankful because she would only have to pay $10. for it. He was rude and had no 'Bedside Manners". Making my wife embarrassed over the whole ordeal. It's pretty bad when the Owner is rude to the customer. when the pharmacy closes, It won't be because of the economy, it will be because of Roger Lewis's bad business practices.

They spent an hour and a half on the phone because I had problem with my prescription card. If it weren't for their care and concern I would not have had my medication. Also, they all were so kind and polite. We need more businesses that value their customers.

It's is a small hometown feel, with small town gossip and judgmental people. I have went here a few times and each time it gets worse. The pharmacist is absolutely rude and unprofessional.
