I also will join the list of those who ordered & paid for goods never to be sent. Customer service is non-existent. After multiple attempts by phone and email I was unable to contact them. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I'm not sure if this company is actually in business but heed these warnings and find a reputable company to deal with.

I ordered a featherweight case on September 23rd. Have not received the case. I m unable to contact them by email. I hav tried many times to contact them. Will be filling a complaint with BBB and my credit card company!

I ordered parts for my vacuum. They took my money and I haven't received my order in about a month. I have called and emailed but have been unable to connect with them by email or phone.

I ordered a replacement wand using their online site, for my Riccar Moonlight vacuum on 6/3/16. I paid by debit and it was posted to my account on 6/6/16. I also received a confirmation email for my order.....things are good, right? No.....it is 6/22/16 and I have yet to receive the part!! I have emailed them through their site, 3 times with no response. I have called them twice only to hear their answering machine tell me that they are in but are servicing other customers....HAH!! Good Luck to them. I leave detailed messages with order#, part#, dates and asking them to please call me back or respond to emails....nothing. I opened a dispute with my bank yesterday to get my money back.

I ordered a Bernina foot pedal through the internet on November 17, and still have not received it . Can't get them to answer phones or emails, so had to cancel with my credit card company! Don't use these people. Bad news. They charged my credit card immediately!!

I placed my order on Sept.14, 2015 and did not receive it until October 10th. I only got it then because I got my credit card company involved. No explanation of any kind--just an email saying "your order has been processed". The part arrived in a box it would barely fit in with no packing materials around it at all. This was an expensive sewing machine foot pedal. It is a small miracle that it made it, but I am glad. With the problems getting it here, I would imagine it would be impossible to get it replaced if it arrived broken. I would not order from them again.

This is the worst company ever! Ordered a part and they took my money, twenty days later, and still no delivery!

These fine folks have been breathing new life into my old Singer sewing machine for over 35 years, and they have done wonders for my old vacuum cleaners over the years as well. Always honest, quality workmanship, reasonable prices and with timely results plus friendly & neighborly attitudes, what more can you want? They're just great, period.
