RUDE and DEFENSIVE! I went here to print a calendar off for my husband, who is deploying to Iraq, and they charged me almost twice in store than the quote I got on the phone, and also charged me for THEIR printing mistakes (the man didn't preview the images before printing, causing it to print with the wrong layout). He told me I was charged more because I took up all of his time (I was in there for 25 minutes) and that "time was money". He charged me extra for printing on cardstock paper, even though I brought in my OWN cardstock paper - I didn't use a single sheet of their paper. He also said he charged me more because I printed off of a flash drive that had 6 files on it - instead of 1. He also charged me more for printing double sided (which is standard at most print shops) but even charged me for a double sided page when there was only one side. I called a week prior to get a quote and they doubled it by the time I left the store. He was SO rude and I will NEVER go there again.
