This place seriously needs some training in customer service and service in general. Although, Dr. Okuo was great the rest of the staff seemed very unprofessional, talking on personal cell phones and leaving open food containers throughout the office and in actual vision testing areas. My biggest issue with their service is when Louise (the woman who handles ordering lenses, glasses or contacts) used my insurance without my permission to order same perscription lenses for my own personal frames, that were brought from home. When I called to complain and ask for a refund for the antiglare coating which I paid for, she said, "I don't have any money to give you. We don't have a refund policy." The most unprofessional environment I have visited in the relam of optometry!
