A truly Amzing Experience. PV the Sales Consultant @ Torrance Location really took the time to listen to our needs was extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. A fantastic personality. My sister recommended I meet with him as she is a client. I was very pleased with my purchase. Staff is quite friendly & competent! Thanks Guys!

When I got to Jeromes’s I was greeted by a welcoming and warm atmosphere, people were friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I was helped by Sean he was very informative and told me exactly what I needed to get in order to get better sleep. With his recommendation I bought a pillow and also got a mattress that I am forever grateful for Because it has changed my life the moment I got it. Ever since I got the mattress and pillow my sleep is the best it’s ever been and my day to day life has improved as a result. I can not thank Sean and Jeromes’s furniture for what they did for me. I am a customer for life, and would recommend this location to anyone looking for amazing new furniture for a great price!

Luann, was exceptionally helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable! While helping me discover the exact sectional; I've been undecided for many months. Luann illustrated patience especially with me and my bank issues ... definitely a delight to talk, and walk around with throughout the store. We decided to check out Jeromes after not finding a couch we were 100% about purchasing at a few other furniture stores. When we walked into the Torrance location we were greeted by Kathleen. She was polite and made us feel welcomed. We told her we were just looking and not buying anything today. Well an hour later and after trying a wide arrange of sectionals we found the one that seemed to feel just right. Kathleen is definitely knowledgeable about her inventory and had a few good laughs with her to boot. We never felt pushed to buy, which was a pleasant surprise. Long story short we took her business card and left so we could think it over and do some more homework. 4 weeks passed and we still really liked the sectional and Kathleen the best so we gave her a call and purchased the sectional a few days ago. We are having it delivered next week, so the Process is not complete yet, but our experience with Kathleen was that good, we felt it was important to let others know.

Looking for a comfortable living room sofa set my husband & I visited Lazy Boy, Ashleys, & Living Spaces...disapointing!! We found exactly what I needed at Jerome's Furniture the DREAM SEATING Jeromes offers is just that, SUPER COMFORTABLE!! I suffer from degenerative joint disease & these sofas are just what I need. Kathleen at the Torrance location was very knowledgeable, helpful & pleasantly delightful. Unfortunately we'll have to wait before we can begin enjoying the dream seating set due to we need to sell the lazy boy set we purchased three years ago.

If you need furniture go see Sam at Jeromes in Torrance. He was efficient and gave us space while we shopped. He checked in with us regularly and answered any questions we had along way. We shopped all kinds of stuff with him and he gave us all the details. He also made sure to let us know about protection plans for everything we got. Eric was great at checkout and they both went over everything we got to make sure nothing was forgotten. Go see Sam and hopefully Eric is there for your checkout

Short Story, Been waiting for 2 months for my bunk bed order and still have not received it. Called and been in store number of times with no bed for my kids.

Also, as a note, I tried working with their customer service but had the worst experience. I was told they would have David the manager of customer service call me but I never received that call. I also followed up and call the store 2 times the next day and reminded them that David was supposed to call me to discuss the poor customer service and delivery issues but he never called. When I called back just after 7pm I was told he was not available and left for the day. The fact that he never called me back shows the poor customer service they have.

Terrible service -went into Torrance store and was there for approximately 1 hour no one greeted or offered to help. Associates on cell phone sitting on furniture and all cashiers talking amongst them selves about what they did on weekend. Called 858 number and same go around still no help. Tried calling 3times after the 310 number and no answer.
