puchased a dining room set $3K+. delivered on november 6, 2010. the slide-out corner was scuffed and a chair had a small chip. I sent photos right away.

NO response

made a call and got an apology...was asked to resend photos. did that.

made a call, got an apology with promise that it would be done during my christmas break (two week window, any time any day)..that it was just a matter of buffing, no problem...someone would call me with a date and time.

NO response

Now it is February 5 2011....three months later.

still NO RESPONSE



i cannot recommend this store to friends...shame. 4 people are buying new homes and are refurnishing...they all live in the south bay. you lost some business.

somehow, i dont imagine this is being read by the store.

if i dont hear back, i will post this on my Facebook Wall..every teacher in the southbay will read this.
