I paid a deductible before my chemo treatments back in January 2014. The total I paid was $350.00 in error. I was never charged a deductible for my chemo treatments. California Hematology sent a refund check for $345.00 on 2/20/2014. I received check around March 1. I deposited said check in May 27, 2014 only to have it returned for non-payment because California has stopped payment on check.
