7-11-2013. Luigi (Owner) still not taking responsibility for leak in the card, 2 loose wires, and an unsecured front grill (after market product). He said the after market products don't fit perfect. Hum, I'm not sure why he would obtain a product that does not fit correctly. He spoke with Maaco corporate and said because of the negative comments on the internet, he would not make it right. Corporate said since Maaco Torrance is an independently owned franchise, they can not make him do anything. If he wants to make it right, he needs to do it. We are still waiting for the call to fix the car. Legally, we had to pick up the car because they could charge for storage fees. Our attorney advised when we picked up the car to make note on the paper work that we paid in full and "the work is under protest". We'll give him a little time to cool off. Did I mention that Luigi is an angry man and has poor business ethics?
