I've ordered to go a couple times from here. Pretty good fillet mignon beef dish. But bad service. When they answer the phone, they just say "Hello" and you wouldn't even know you're calling a restaurant. When you get there, you get a blank stare from the guy at the counter, who then shows you a ticket with chinese scribbles, expecting you to figure out whether or not that's your order. After paying, he walks away expecting you to pick up your food on your own. I'd rather get "fake" chinese food from Panda Express than "authentic" food from a place that treats their customers like crap. Having authentic a__holes manning the ship is a surefire way to kill your business.
