Jim the owner is an extremely nice person who actually is passionate about his job. I needed my 55 in. Sony flat screen repaired, so I called him and he gave me a free estimate and he came to my house that same day and picked up the tv and he told me that it should be repaired within 2-3 days! I was thrilled because it typically would take around 2-3 weeks. When he brought the tv back he turned it on and told me what was wrong with the tv and what he did to fix it. He is an overall great person who definatley cares about how he runs his business.
