Qaerospace Corporation provides NDT Level 3 services in fluorescent penetrant (PT) and magnetic particle inspection (MT) in the aerospace environment, including the Honeywell SCA program. We develop training plans, procedures, and detailed technical data sheets. Qaerospace Corporation technicians have extensive experience in fluorescent penetrant (PT) inspection and magnetic particle (MT) testing in the aerospace environment. They have inspected parts, including fracture and flight safety parts, for commercial, military and space vehicles since 1987. Qaerospace Corporation can assist NDT personnel in the processing and inspection of hardware; however, Qaerospace Corporation may not conduct inspection for organizations. Qaerospace Corporation has extensive experience in the training of NDT personnel in fluorescent penetrant inspection and magnetic particle inspection. Qaerospace Corporation has close cooperation with Senne Technical Services and other NDT companies for all aspects of Nondestructive Testing when the client needs are beyond our technical expertise. Qaerospace Corporation provides consulting services for anodic flaw detection for Airbus requirements. Qaerospace Corporation provides training of personnel in nital (temper) etch inspection of high-strength steel. This training encompasses elements of steel heat treatment and practical evaluation so inspectors have a deeper understanding of the sources of indications. Qaerospace Corporation provides training of personnel in hardness testing of metals using Rockwell hardness and Vickers methods and Direct Reading Eddy Current testing. Qaerospace Corporation provides services in the development of internal calibration programs for special processing facilities. We provide advice for equipment, develop procedures to suit our clients' needs, train personnel and assist in implementation. The internal calibration program saves time, money, and gives companies the tools needed to effectively manage their own equipment.
