This particular Salvation Army...

This particular Salvation Army is very shady and the business practices are more greedy than a FOR Profit retail shop.

1) I have had a few episodes of the clerks changing the price of an item on me as I am paying for it, based on their suspicion that I've found a "treasure" or something.(Like they have any ownership interest?)

2) The prices in the boutique and even the main store are RIDICULOUS. Almost a THIRD of every time I go I hear someone complaining about the prices. The people in charge of pricing are out of their minds. So many times I've looked on a used item and the Salvation Army price is even MORE than the original sticker price...HUH?

3) Their aisles are cluttered with hardly any room to get by, because they DON'T sell enough, because their prices are TOO HIGH. You would think they would learn, but they're apparently morons. And the manager there has to do a clear out frequently.

If you are a reseller do NOT go there or go there on a sale day, which is hell anyways because you're battling everyone else, so in the end it's not worth it. There are far better places. They don't even care that their prices are too high, for them it's business as usual and they count on their weekly sales to make up for the lack of sales during the week. An they also depend on the idiots with too much money to burn that will buy a "Made in India" stamped brass shoe horn for $49.99. Or a tarnished and ruined generic Silver Plate Tea Pot for $100 bucks.

Simply AMAZING.
