I am compelled to write a review as I have been a steady customer for 5-6yrs and purchased way too many items from Vito for myself and a few friends. Not just little trinkets mind you,...but some seriously expensive bling. Last week another friend wanted to help her son purchase a diamond for an engagement ring and was complaining about retail pricing. Well, I convinced her to buy a vintage stone from Sartori loan and place it into a new setting. They saved a ton...and it is stunning. I keep coming back, as Vito has utmost integrity with all his transactions. He lists his pieces honestly and is keen to point out any blemishes. He prices his items fairly and loves to educate you along the way. The only negative is....I am hooked....it is hard to stay away! Oh...and my purchases are via phone....from OHIO! Now thats trust!

Satori Loan is a very warm and friendly business. The staff is extremely nice and make you fell right at home... They also seek to give you what you need in your time of urgency....
