Provided by YP.comJust wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Edgar and his crew from Home Depot/Vinyl Concepts! We have an 18 unit condo building located in El Segundo that desperately needed a new fence all the way around. Edgar came out "several" times to discuss all our options, and answer any questions that we had. At the end of the day...we felt VERY comfortable with the entire process. The crew were very professional! On time every single day. They cleaned up on a daily basis and were just very nice people to have around. The fence turned out absolutely gorgeous and we are getting lots of compliments and thank you's from our residents. We highly recommend Home Depot/Vinyl Concepts. We did ALOT of research too....but in the end are 100% happy we went with them! Thank you again Edgar and crew! It was a pleasure doing business with all of you!

Provided by YP.comWe bought two gates from Vinyl Concepts because the salesman told us Home Depot backs the product warranty. The Home Depot name sold us the job. As it turned out, we found the salesman and the technician don't necessarily work well together in terms of product knowledge and availability. And then it came the installer. The workmanship is less than precise, somewhat crude and sloppy. We feel that Vinyl Concepts is using the Home Depot's name to sell their vinyl products and installation jobs like hot cakes. They are so busy capitalizing on this opportunity that they are compromising on the workmanship. We find the least desirable behavior is: 1) They told us they would call to finalize the measurements and product availability but didn't, and then they tried scheduling an installation. When I asked them why they didn't call to confirm, they lied that they left me a “voice mail” when I knew they did not. 2) They made excuses to justify their installation errors. Do they really think we don't know any better what they're doing?

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I painted our house, and it became evident that our rotting fence had to go. We called around and settled on Vinyl Concepts as they have been around for many years. They are a licensed and bonded firm that serve Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Skipping through my experience, the final outcome resulted in a beautiful looking fence which compliments our new house color. The purpose of the fence was to provide both security and privacy to our home. In addition to this, we added a bit of curb appeal. A few residents of my neighborhood have already knocked on my door to compliment the new home look and inquire on who sold us the fence.
It is my opinion that the Vinyl Concepts executive management truly cares for their customers and will do what it takes to ensure satisfaction. If you need a fence, railing, deck, gazebo, etc., you should consider Vinyl Concepts. I can state that, at the very least, you will appreciate the quality of their product.
