The service dept needs work with commuication between customer and getting the information to the person working on the car. They treat you like you know nothing. It took months and months for them to find a problem with my car and fix it the right way and they have your car for days/weeks and do not give a lender, the other service dept before it was bought out by Northwest was so much better. I would not recommond this dealership to friends or family. Anyone can sale a car/truck but you need to take care of the customer with the service dept that is were you will have a customer for life.
