I called a few days ago to have my computer repaired. Had it back and working within a couple hours. Owner is very friendly and personable on the phone and in person. He explained everything he did for me. His prices aren't bad either considering the state the economy is in. I would definately go back for future problems and tune ups and etc.. So if you want a real pro working on your computer, definately go to this guy... Thank you again PC Pros.

After having had some issues with my computer I took it to Staples to have them look at it since I have seen their "Free Tune Up" sign in the window, only to find out that their staff really aren't "Certified" experts. I took my computer home and still had the same issues with slugishness and and preformance. I looked in the yellowpages.com ads and spotted PC Pros advertising expert computer services. I called to make an appointment which was the same day and within an hour or so he called me back telling me the problem I had been having was due to virus', he explained how virus' affect how a computer acts and preforms, by the end of the day he called me back telling me that my computer was ready for pick up. I took my computer home, plugged everything in and fired it up, Extremely pleased that my computer was running like new again, THANKS PC PROS, look forward to doing business with you in the future!!! Highly recommend PC Pros to all my friends and family.
