In the office and especially when working with the owner they are disorganized and slightly rude. Unable to take direction or follow through on specific needs or complex projects they have lots of excuses; generally it is all the customers fault. The guys who come out are very competent, but if you can not wade through the officious phone staff and the owner's lack of follow through, that does not matter.
