The worst service ever. I called them to replace my front load washer motor, which they did. But then we did a load of laundry to test it, and now the door won't open.. I called Vicki back to have them come fix it. She said ok tomorrow will call when available. After several calls to her today, she disconnected her phone!!! What does she use burner phones, OMG, NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM, VERY SHADY. Now time to file a complaint with BBB, and blast them on Facebook They get 0 stars

Called them to fix a broke washer it worked for 2 weeks then broke again same problem then it took them 2 more weeks to return. They said it was fixed I put on the first load and no fix were made and the entire washer was covered in grease.

Called and received same day prompt, courteous, and very professional service!! Had an issue with my dryer. He showed me exactly what went wrong the part. He went the extra mile to vacuum out the inside of the dryer after he was done. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them...

Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a used washer/dryer from them which needed service. They came out to check it out. Came back to "fix" it. Had to come back again with the right parts. Stood on the washer lid and bent it. Now washer doesn't drain. Promised to come back and fix both the dryer and washer. No show. No show. No show. After calling and promising they would be there on 2 different occasions. Didn't even have the decency to call back and explain why they never showed or to address the fact that they broke our perfectly good washing machine. Avoid at all costs.
