I wanted to bring my best friend, who is getting married, and some ladies for a mani/pedi spa type day and needed a place that could handle more than a few ladies. I chose this establishment mainly due to the excellent reviews I read online. This salon did not disappoint! Very clean and welcoming and the staff did a wonderful job with our entire party. We'd like to thank Tom for a very enjoyable morning for us and mostly to Bride- to-be!!

Attention to detail is an understatement! Been to 2-3 salons in Torrington/Litchfield, by FAR most detailed and amazing manicure I've gotten in a long time. Very reasonable prices too :)

Five stars! Attention to detail, Tom is a master of his craft, in the Litchfield county community! I've traveled for years to Hartford to a nail salon; glad to find this level of artistry here in my backyard!

I have visited Tips and Toes several times and always leave satisfied with their work. The last appointment I made was pretty last minute, and I was the last client of the day....not only did Tom continue to spend great care making sure my French manicure was perfect, he stayed over an hour and a half past closing time to finish them; what excellent customer service! I also have to mention how CLEAN the facility is...for Tom, this is a top priority, and it's apparent and appreciated by all the clients. The staff is wonderful; so friendly and attentive and they really go above and beyond in their work. I definitely recommend!!

The staff are artists, not just techs; I have never had a better set of pink and white nails in the 30 years of using them.

I have known Tom for over 8 years. He has such a high quality in his salon I will go no where else. Amy and the other workers are trained to be just as personable as Tom. It is always nice to see his lovely wife, Lily and son Ethan during vacations. Tips and Toes is a wonderful salon! Tom has created a modern yet clean and comfortable environment. The latest technology and techniques, friendly and professional staff, quality work, beyond compare. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Some don't even believe that I have gel nails... They look so natural!
