I was having unbearable pain on the right side of my mouth. Even though I hate going to the dentist, I couldn’t take it anymore. I called Torrington Dental and explained what I was going through. They told me to come in right away and they would fit me in the schedule. I was so nervous my palms were sweating. Dr. Graicerstein came in and immediately calmed me down with humor, compassion and professionalism. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. It was a great experience. She explained everything she was doing during the procedures. I didn’t feel any pain during the whole process. I am now better than new. Special thanks to Dr. Graicerstein and her super friendly and caring staff. I highly recommend this office! 5 Stars
