I recently traded in a 2008 Toyota Highlander and gave Big Sky a pay off amount that was good for 10 days. Now more than 10 days later, my trade in has not been paid off and my credit union is sending me past due notices. I suggest you make them pay off your loan immediately, in your presence, before you close a deal with them.
