The Torrington Learning Center is an educational institution that serves children and their families. The center offers a developmental disabilities program for 5-year-old children with special needs. It also provides Head Start and preschool programs for students between the ages of 3 and 5. The Torrington Learning Center s programs additionally focus on the cognitive, physical, emotional and social development of children. The Torrington Learning Center is governed by Wyoming Child and Family Development, which has been serving the residents of Wyoming since 1965.
