I wish I would have seen all these reviews before I had called them to replace my AC. After installing AC in few days I had water leakage from AC vent.. I call the guy Ray told him about the issue, he said he will come next day after that he never responded to my call or text.. such a bogus service.. I wish people who need AC work come to this website and read the reviews before calling them. One 🌟 is very well fit for this company.

Unfortunately less then 1 star in not an option, first words that come to mind CROOK and SCAM ARTIST! AC went out during the hottest day over the summer, unfortunately my husband was working, being pregnant I needed it to be fixed ASAP. This company came to my house, told me within seconds I needed a new compressor, "for about $3K I can have your AC up" I told him I had to discuss it with my husband, this did not sound right considering my unit was newer. Before he left he told me the diagnostics cost $125, I gave him a check, he went on his way. Later that night my husband came home from work and looked at the unit. Went to the access panel, the tech left the panel half unhinged, he had to dig in the mulch to find the missing screws, within ten minutes my husband NOT a HVAC professional deemed the problem to be a fuse, he ran to the local hardware store got $13 fuse and AC was fixed. We have tried to call the company multiple times a day since Sunday, yet to get anyone to answer!

One of the worst plumbing contractors you can come across. When they replaced our Heating and A/C unit. They dirtied our carpets with no drop cloth, Left all the material for us to clean up. Install was very unprofessional work as so we had to call another contractor to come in and correct the cheap, crappy work they did. Reuse old parts and never replaced a exhaust vent that lead carbon monoxide into our home. And they wanted to charge you for all the extras after they suppose to install equipment that was suppose to come with it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Stay very far away.

This is the single worst plumber I have ever come across. Prestige Pro are a bunch of crooks!! Okay this is how their scam works. They show up at your door and once inside, they immediately go to work on the problem without giving you a price for the work. Once done, they over charge. My 10 minutes toilet fix cost $425, when I exploded after hearing the price, he asked me how much I thought I should pay and he finally settled on $200 which was still a complete ripoff. He also left the toilet leaking and I had to find another plumber to fix it at an additional cost. Do not let these guys in your house or you will truly regret it.
