Went there for a remote starter and returned for for lights to be installed.i has a really good experience with customer service on my 93 Toyota

Great service. Answered all of my question and they had best price compared to all other audio and tint installers.

Went to Pro Tronix for a remote started which I love! The owner is very nice as well as the workers! They answered all my questions and were very knowledgable in everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

This place was a nice clean shop when I walked in. Loved there fish tank must say. I wanted some LED BARS for my wrangler and was shopping around. They quoted me a price I was ok with and had to order it. They told me it would be there in by Thursday since they get shipment in we'd and wanted to play it safe. I was ok with it and put a deposit on it with installation. Thursday rolls up and I got a call around 12 pm that part arrived. I wanted it installed so bad I asked if I pay extra can I come down now they said ok. They installed it and when I picked up vehicle only 2 hours later I loved my new led bar. I was so excited I went to check out and they gave me my total it was the same they gave me in the beginning. I told them I called and would pay extra charge to install same day for extra charge. There employee looked at me like I had six heads and said let me ask my manager about the upcharge. 2 minutes later he came back and told me owner said there's no extra charge just enjoy it WHAAAATTT. I PROMISED A POSITIVE FEED BACK and I keep my word like they did. This place is a town store but that's why I love dealing with small businesses. Thank u owner u made my day and job was on target. Nest up is tints and a system. U GUYS ROCK. WOULD DEFINTELY RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS and others.

Worst customer service I've ever had!!! Not to mention that they are scam artists DO NOT GO HERE!!

In August 2014, I bought my first new car a Subaru Forester to Pro-Tronix LLC located at 87 Union Blvd. Totowa, NJ.(www.myprotronix.com) to have my windows tinted.



When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, There were gouges cut into the exterior of my windows. These gouges were caused by Pro-Tronix workers cutting the tint on the exterior of my windows prior to installation on the interior side of the windows. When I questioned the owner, the excuses that came from him make me question his professionalism and ability to perform his duties with skill and quality. He did and said everything and anything except for the most important.....IM SORRY. Instead, he stated he was not at fault and it was actually my responsibility to make sure this didn't happen! WOW!



Cooler heads prevailed and I took Pro-Tronix LLC to small claims court. I was able to obtain a judgement against this company and more importantly, this individual. A week later I was contacted by his lawyer to setup a payment plan through their law firm. I received the 1st payment on October 30, 2014, 5 days late. The Nov. 25th payment has not arrived yet. Neither him nor his lawyer have made any real attempts to expedite this payment. The next payment is due Christmas Day.



Companies such as Pro-Tronix who advertise a professional environment with quality service should provide exactly what they say. How my vehicle and myself were treated was clearly unprofessional. This company, and any other companies like this one, should be closed down. They do shoddy work and they dont own up to their mistakes, but even worse, they try to manipulate me into believing they are not at fault.



With no payments in sight, I will consider this agreement in default. My next steps will be to continue with the legal proceedings I started against Pro-Tronix LLC prior to the payment agreement with his Lawyers. I tried to be fair and work with this company but that has clearly come back to bite me. Pro-Tronix LLC leaves me no choice.



My advice to all who read this is to pass this on to friends and lets be sure Pro-Tronix LLC, other companies, and their owners like this don't prosper at the cost of the consumer.

I had my windows tinted... five days later i found water marks and bubbles ... when i ask what they can do for me .. They said they couldn't do anything for me ... It was not covered on the warranty
