Provided by YPmobileI just got off the phone to make an appointment and was treated so disrespectfully and then hung up on. My dogs got dirty and needed a cleaning ASAP. I had to bring them elsewhere the last time. Similarly this happened again and when I coudnt get an appoinment as soon as needed and said if that is the fastest any other dog groomers will be in I will call back and she said "wow okay whatever" and hung up. I called back being insulted and she said well you did this last time too. The last time I checked I am a paying customer and am just looking for the dogs to be cleaned same day or next day. I dont like my dogs dirty and I am no dog groomer. I will NEVER go back and suggest you dont either. FYI - I wasnt able to get an appointment earlier, but still took one at another place based on them being curteous about it.
What you have not told everyone is that you booked an appointment well over a year ago on a Saturday, that you never showed up for, when we called you, your response was that you had gotten in somewhere else sooner, that is discourteous. Your parents dogs have not been groomed in my shop since February of 2011, I would love to have accommodated them, but was unfortunately booked at 10 am on the current Saturday, as Saturdays are booked up to a week in advance. People generally book a Saturday appointment in advance, as we are usually unable to take walk ins unless someone that was booked does not show up. So, after we have done this a few times with you, it should be no surprise to you that we know who you are when you call, you call here very recently on a Saturday, we go through the whole appointment regiment, my next available, you ask how much it is going to cost and than tell me you're "going to call around and see if you can get one sooner". My exact words were, "wow, okay", I was taken back by your response and figured that was the end of the conversation. It's unfortunate to loose clients, it was always a pleasure dealing with your parents.

Provided by YP.comI took my newly adopted rescue to the barking lot. She was poorly neglected and abandoned. Her skin looked terrible and her hair was gone from a flea infestation. She was filthy and gross. She was also very scared and needed to be muzzled at the vets office. I was nervous about going to a groomer but I spoke with the staff and let them know up front the situation. They got us immediately and when I returned I was greeted by the cutest and happiest little dog. She didn't even need to be muzzled and now her coat is growing in and her skin looks healthier. She is always happy to go to the groomer. The staff clearly cares about the animals and treats them well. I am very grateful to the Barking Lot for making my baby as beautiful to the world as she was to me. I highly recommend this business.

Provided by YP.comI took my puppy here a few days ago, and being a nervous mommy for my pup I was soo scared of how he was going to react, and behave, When I went to drop him off I was greeted and had a very nice conversation! I told her what I wanted done to my mini schnauzer and when I went to pick him up I was thrilled! Not only did he look great but she told me they played with him all morning and one of the workers wanted to keep him! I couldn't be any happier to hear that they treated him like a prince and loved him, they even gave him a little toy that he was playing with! Hands down, I will never go to a different groomer than this one. Besides my dog looking great the prices were veryyyy reasonable!
