I went to Paradise nails 2 days before my wedding for a fill-in and pedicure. It was the worst experience I've ever had!! My french (pink and white) fill in was pink, brown and white. I asked the girl if that was how she was leaving my nails...she said there was nothing she could do and continued filing. I told her they were brown and that this was for my wedding, she completely ignored me. I called one of my bridesmaids over and she said they looked gross and asked the nail tech to stop. She completely ignored her and continued filing. At this point I was almost in tears when my other bridesmaid saw them and called over the "manager" she said at this point there was nothing they can do. I was extremely upset, and then she went on to tell me that next time I come to ask for a particular technician that was really good!!! After now telling me I owed $99 for a crappy fill-in and pedicure, she wrote down the name of a better "nail tech" for next time. Apparently this moron thought I was planning on coming back!!! It was a nightmare and not only do my nails look awful for my wedding but 2 broke off that night. It is too late to fix them!!! Please do not go there...they apparently do not care if you are happy or not!
