I live in Townsend and eat at this place at least once a week.



Since the day Panda Wok opened I have NEVER had a bad meal as dine-in nor take-out - the food is always good, flavorful, and portions are simply huge. I can really eat, and I hardly ever can finish an entire meal in one sitting - I almost always take home enough for a second meal the next day.



The place is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.



I have walked in before without calling ahead and ordered something to go (usually a side of chicken teriyaki and some soup for a quick noon-time lunch) and I have never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes.



As far as I am concerned that last review could not have been for the Panda Wok in Townsend, MA - while I know anyone can have a bad day, the whole review just does not sound like the food and service I am used to from this great restaurant.
