I first suffered lower back trouble in about 1990 after gathering firewood. I was at the ripe old age of 32! Dr. Litle diagnosed that I have a bulging disc at L4/L5. He was able to relieve my pain immediately, and get me onto an exercise and flexibility program of life time back health. I did have one relapse in about 1995 when I gutted an elk using very poor posture. Once again, Dr. Litle was able to relieve my pain immediately and get me back up and going. I have been pain-free and major- symptom- free ever since. My daughter is a member of the University of Idaho ballroom dance team, so she does lots of lifts, twirls and similar activities. She has also suffered lower back trouble, probably from earlier employment as a CNA. Dr. Litle diagnosed that she also has a bulging disc, and is one of the lucky few who actually has an extra disc, between L5 and L6! Dr. Litle was able to relieve her pain, and has gotten her on a similar, but slightly different personal exercise and flexibility program. She has been pain free ever since.
