While the venue is gorgeous, the attitude & lack of professionalism on behalf of the staff ruins the whole appeal.The wedding coordinator did nothing to earn her that title.It was so bad that the bridesmaids were forced to stay at the venue trying to decorate until 1am the night before the wedding.To make matters even worse,she was unable to provide adequate decorations & we were forced to borrow from another venue.The night of the wedding the bride & groom were presented with the bill & noticed they were charged extra.One of these mystery charges included DJ equipment which was supplied by the DJ.While the couple was questioning these unfounded charges,staff employed by the venue were outside harassing guests.One of these staff members was an older woman who was smoking on the porch while guests were leaving.When asked for her name, she chose to give a false name although her name tag clearly stated her name was Terri. If you are considering holding your event here please think twice.

The venue was beautiful but this was the only good thing. When it came down to the payment for the "wedding planner" Rebecca there were charges for products that were not given. An older gentlemen that works for the venue, Paul yelled at me and then threatened the DJ. I tried to rectify the situation by speaking to the woman that he was with, She said we should've known that something was up when the flat rate that was given was so low. She told the bride that she would write a list of everything the bride needed to get done on her wedding day. When we mentioned this while we were discussing the payment she said she was not a wedding planner but a complimentary coordinator? We actually had to go and get decorations because she was lacking so much. In the contract it stated that Rebecca would be there for the day of the wedding, well Rebecca didn't get there until 4:00. I would never work with Rebecca, Paul, or Terri again as it ruined the wedding day and left our bride in tears.

If you you enjoy being slapped with hidden fees after your ceremony, a wedding planner that has no clue what she's doing (rebecca) , and a staff that is completely disrespectful and classless causing the bride to end her night devistated then this is the place for you! The location is beautiful but unfortunately that is the ONLY good thing about it. Still in disbelief at how this place is in business. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a venue!

I recently had my wsedding there and i wish i had never done it regret using this place. Everything that had been agreed upon with the managers of this they changed the night before and the day of the wedding. The bridal suite is a joke. they told us everyone could get ready there and then the day of my wedding said that only rthe bride and one other person were allowed and all the bridesmaids could get ready in a 2 toilet bathrooom. As i was waloking down the aisle my personal belongings as well as my mothers and other family members were thrown out of the suite and down the stairs and we found it personal belongings had been stolen and damaged. AS ny husband was walking down the aisle they were sending messages to our phone wanting to know when we would be done and gone. we were just then walking down the aisle. They run a ministry out of their home and we were told boomed would be there and people were everywhere. sitting out on pledge walking around outside smoking and my guest and see all these people who werent supposed to bed ther eand were extremely rude and hateful. A pair of boots was accidently left behind and the owner contacted us saying theywere there and them when someone was sent to get them they said they never had them and they may have "accidentally" gotten thrown away. Instead of enjoying my wedding this is what i dealt on the day. My advice...if you want nice memories do not use this place or these people. They are rude hateful and immoral and the only thing they want is ur money.
